The next selectmen’s meeting is Monday, October 30, 2006, at 5:30pm. The agenda for the meeting is not yet available on the town website. It may be available sometime in the future, by clicking the link to the left.

The meeting will consist of three parts.

At 5:30pm, there will be a presentation by Guy Scaife, the town administrator, on the preliminary budget for 2007. The budget advisory committee will also be in attendance.

At 7:00pm, we will have an "open public forum". This is an opportunity for taxpayers to raise issues or make points about any and all town matters that may be of interest. Our last few public forums were sparsely attended (and that's being generous!). If you have something to say, please come out to the open forum. If you do plan to come, please come as close to 7:00pm as you can. If we find the room is empty, we tend to end the meetings.

At some other point during the meeting, we will have a non-public session on legal matters.
